1040 Instruction Booklets Now Available at the Library

The Waterville Public Library now has print copies of federal 1040 Instruction Booklets. The 1040 Instruction Booklets were delivered this morning. These booklets and other available print federal tax forms and schedules are located on the 1st floor of the Library near the Information Services Desk.

As a reminder, Maine Revenue Services no longer distributes state income tax forms through public libraries. Download state forms at http://www.maine.gov/revenue/forms/1040/2012.htm or call Maine Revenue at 207-624-7894.

Library staff is happy to help you print out paper copies of forms or instruction booklets for 10 cents per page.
